• Licence & Access: Digital products are licensed, not sold, under personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, worldwide terms. Account sharing, reverse engineering, scraping, hacking, and sublicensing are prohibited. Download access is provided immediately upon contract conclusion; if it expires, there is no claim to renewed access.
• Game Bans & Permitted Usage Scope: No liability is accepted for bans by game manufacturers or negative consequences from using cheats. Use of hydrogen.ac software is explicitly restricted to environments where all participating players agree.
• Prices & Payment: Stated prices include VAT (gross prices). Payment is due upon contract conclusion and before performance, payable within 2 weeks of invoice. Accepted payment routes include bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, credit/debit card, third-party platforms, and payment service providers (e.g. PayPal, Sofortüberweisung/Klarna, Stripe). Advance payment reservation applies to customers residing outside Germany.
• Cancellation / Contract Term: Contracts run indefinitely unless otherwise agreed.
