Send a correction
Choose the relevant subject and include the page you are referring to. A clear, specific report is easier to check than a request to review an entire provider. The form returns a request reference after a successful submission. Keep that reference if you need to follow up.
What to include
For a price correction, name the product and plan, amount, currency and access period. For a status correction, identify the product’s status page and the date of the change. For a compatibility correction, include the exact game, Windows version or stated hardware restriction.
Link to a public source where possible. Do not send game passwords, product keys, payment-card details or private account credentials. If the issue is with a score, name the factor you think is wrong and the evidence that supports a different assessment.
What happens next
CheatsMatch reviews submissions against the relevant source and current editorial rules. A report may lead to a correction, a clearer note or a request for more information. Submission does not guarantee a change, a response or a response time. The form does not send an automatic email confirmation.
Product support and account bans
CheatsMatch is a comparison website. We cannot activate a product key, process a merchant refund, repair third-party software or remove a game ban. Send those requests to the relevant provider or game publisher through its official support process.
You can still report a mismatch between our listing and a public product or policy page so we can correct the comparison.
